Breakfast at Wright's is always good. Prompt service, friendly staff and really good food is awinning combination. Reasonable prices, plenty of parking. Always see someone that you know cause it's a popular place.

Service was great but our food was cold. Had hamburger steak with mash potatoes and gravy which were cold. The other vegetables were like warm. Very disappointed

$6 get's you a meat and three! Unfortunately the "wow" factor is not there for the taste of the tood! Vegetables are more than likely from a can! If your hungry and looking for the most bang for your buck, Wright's is not a bad choice but just dont expect to get a home cooked meal with fresh veggies!

First time eating there since it moved. Food wasn't as good as I remember the omelets didnt have much cheese, the ham omelet was minched ham and bacon omelet had huge strips of bacon.

Good place for breakfast! The wait here usually is not too long, and the service is quick! The food is pretty good, and the prices are really low! I usually order sliced tomatoes, toast, and hashbrowns. Others in my group have gotten scrambled eggs and bacon, and they enjoyed it! It is similar to the type of food you can order at a Waffle House, but I would say it is much less greasy and probably a little better quality. Overall, it is a good place to try.

Let's talk about the BEST local cheeseburger I've had. That cheeseburger came 4 blocks from my house at a restaurant I've been too lazy to try - until now. I got the double bacon cheeseburger ($6) and a large fry ($2) and a drink (maybe $1.25....not sure) and I had more food than I could finish. I'm 6'2" and a touch over 300lbs and Wright's was so much better and more food than you can get anywhere else. My wife got the 4 vegetable plate and loved absolutely all of it. Wright's reminds me of the local diner back home and it is definitely a place I will go back to - regularly.

I was out spending some time with my mother today. She wanted to grab a bite after we had just had her tire replaced. We were passing by and decided to stop. It's usually packed, but this was after the lunch crowd had left..so good for us. We really enjoyed our lunch. Good service, good portions and good food for the money. I had a meat and three and my mother had a veggie plate. We really enjoyed it.

This is a place the locals love. Nothing fancy, just good home cooked meals at a reasonable price. Easy location to get to. Seat yourself and enjoy. Prompt and friendly service .

Wrights is your average meat and three and grill. A favorite with the local residents and always packed at lunch. Breakfast is where Wrights shines. The pancakes are light and tasty. Easily a five star rating for a down home breakfast. However be wary of a true home made experience on the lunch menu. Most items come from a can; chicken and dumplings, pot pie filler, vegetables, etc. Most of the desserts come from a box. The meatloaf and BBQ sauces are made on site. The locals love Wright's and it is consistent but dont expect to be blown away.

Came here twice since coming to Tuscaloosa, and this place was one of my favorite little breakfast areas. The ladies waiting on tables treated me like family and the food was superb, fast, fresh and inexpensive. Will be back soon!
